With sunshine and little rain: I am growing again

Every child is special and every child has got the equal rights to lead a happy and normal life like other children. However, there exist some of the children who are born differently disabled, perhaps those children are very special to God. These kids are often termed as special needs children. These kids met a special kind of disorder called Autism, characterised by impaired social interaction – verbally and non verbally.  Kids who have contracted with this disorder are affected in a way that their information processing in the brain is vitiated. Occurrence of this special disorder is still unclear, some says it is owing to the genetics and rare mutations.

I remember an instance while I was on stroll on a fine evening with my baby in a garden where I got to see a lady in her late thirties with her child who was affected with Autism, was playing with him. At first I was not able to distinguish him with other kids. Gradually, I noticed her mum who was extra meticulous in handling him while he played, fortunately I got to speak to her and she told me that her child is affected with Autism when he was just 2 years old. I expressed shock at that. My curiosity was growing inside that how these children are treated. She talked to me at arms length, narrating me like any story that how hard it was for them in the beginning to overpower Autism. I was acclaiming her confidence along side that how her family welcomed the child born with different disorder and made their child abler to interact like other normal children. She shared with me that dealing with the special children is not all all opressive.

Its just a blend of self confidence and perservance that is needed to develop them naturally. She added that there are autism products that are readily availabe in the market such as special need toys, writing aids and tools for children that are mandatory for their physical and mental growth and development. She ended up saying that with little sunshine and rain, my baby is growing again.
